Cary Prague Books and Software, is a company specializing in the
development, marketing, and distribution of Microsoft Access and
Microsoft Office add-on products, books, videos, business
applications - including accounting and point of sale software, and
developer tools. We also offer customized software development for Fortune
500 and other companies.

Database Creations LLC was
originally founded in 1982 by best-selling author Cary Prague under
the original name of Creative Business Consultants. As the business
grew and the focus switched from writing dBase applications to
Microsoft Access applications, the company become known as Cary
Prague Books and Software and later incorporated under the name of
Database Creations, Inc.
In 1998, a consulting
division was started under the name of Database Creations
Consulting LLC. It provided custom application development
using Access and SQL. In 2007 Database Creations, Inc. was
sold to it's long time employee and Director of Operations,
Diana Reid. Database Creations, LLC continues to offer
customizable products for Microsoft Access users
concentrating on Accounting and Inventory applications and
provides custom software development of these products.

Our Products |

Our products are in
use by over 100,000 users in 74 different countries. The first
product was the Access Business Forms Library, a collection of 35
common customizable forms. Microsoft Corporation licensed this
product for use in the Microsoft Access 1.1 upgrade promotion. Our
second product released in 1993 was the Mail Merge Report Wizard,
which was the first commercial add-on Wizard to create an Access
report design.
Many other software
products followed. The most successful product to date is
Business! Professional Edition
and it's predecessor,
Yes!
I Can Run My Business. This fully customizable business
accounting software is written completely in Microsoft Access. Other

In addition to providing
Microsoft Access Add-on products, Database Creations LLC. is
a Microsoft Solution Provider. We provide consulting
and customization services to Microsoft Access users through
our sister company, Database Creations Consulting LLC. We have
written large computer systems in Microsoft Access for Fortune
500 companies including State of CT, Otis Elevator, Pratt & Whitney
Aircraft, United Healthcare, The Travelers Insurance Co.,
Rockwell International, Southern New England Telephone (SNET), and many
federal and municipal agencies.
