Training is provided on-site or off-site and
occurs on a per-client basis. Contracted training must be scheduled
at least 2 weeks in advance with one of our experts to ensure the
most efficient training session possible.
On-Site training is provided at your location
Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm (hours may
vary according to the client's needs).
A skilled trainer will travel to your location to
provide product training for 1-5 people in your company. All
training sessions are tailored to your needs as determined before we
travel.
Costs:
$1500 per day (8 hours) plus expenses.
Expenses include, but are not limited to, airfare, hotel, car,
meals, and training materials.
A 50% deposit is required before we travel.
Payment options include MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover.
Purchase Orders and Checks are not accepted unless the payment is
cleared before the travel occurs.
Off-Site training is provided at our main
headquarters located in Vernon, CT, Monday through Friday
between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
When you arrive at our location, you will be
greeted by one of our trainers who will provide a 4 hour custom
training session in a classroom-type atmosphere. The training
is based on your specifications. If you need more assistance in a
specific area of the system, please let us know ahead of time so we
can gear our training materials and discussions toward your needs.
Costs:
$500 per 4 hour session. Each session
includes a 15 minute break.
A 50% deposit is required before the session, with
full payment due upon completion. Most major credit cards are
accepted.
